"Do you think we should give monetary incentives to the KP2 students to motivate them to get better grades?"

What do you think..??

Since the money here is the biggest matter ever, I bet students who are in KP2 status should be given money in order to avoid their studies from being extended, suspended or deferred. The point is, students should not stop pursuing their studies just because of monetary lacking. So, I'm going to say 'YES' that KP2 students should be given monetary incentives to finish their studies completely (within certain conditions and terms).

Not all KP2 status students look as dumb as their status. They know what they are going to do when they got KP2 status. Some of them have potential to get above CGPA 2.00 if they give a full commitment and their best effort. Still with their tuition fees and allowances supported, they might have some efforts to enhance their spirit and mind thinking. Lets make an example:

"I got CGPA 1.34 in the first semester which made me having KP1 status. Unluckily, for the last semester, I got CGPA 1.99, very slight difference in order to get CGPA 2.00. So then, my tuition fee and allowance will be suspended until I pass the CGPA requirement. Now I'm in the third semester, having no money to pay my tuition fee and allowance to pursue my study. Should I defer? Or should I quit?"

This is  the very questionable part which some of them don't study best enough which made they having KP1 status. They might have tried their best efforts to full capacities but they just didn't get the luck to bring them out from the next title KP2. It happens. So, if you are in their shoes, what would you do? They need support from 'the agency that provide them anything about loan' to continue their efforts to study.

This might be the very very questionable part towards the statement. Some say 'the agency that provide students with loans' might never get any benefit by supporting those KP2 status students and at the end of the day, the agency would just vanished in bankruptcy. I disagree with that. With all due respect, government should not be having any problem in handling money. That's the 'dot'. At least don't suspend their tuition fees because all students have got their own ability and potentials. They are not kids. They know when to start over and when to stop. Giving them chance would be appreciated enough. Supporting them while there are having their studies in KP2 status should be doable. Stop supporting them if they reach KP3 status should be an action. Couple chances in order to get them realize that they have limit would be fair enough for both 'the agency' and students.
